Before I go into this, I will say, I am not a doctor, I do not play one on TV, and I have never believed that any one diet is a good way for all people to eat. Our bodies are different and we all want different things from them. I happen to want sexual activity. In order to be up and available for any sexual opportunity that might present itself to me, I eat certain things, at certain times of the day and night in order to be ready for anything that comes my way. You might be different. You might go all night long on a large pepperoni pizza and a six pack. The point of this post is that in both the short and long term, if you want to keep having good sex, there are things you can do to help. A Sexual Diet is one of those things.
A Sexual Diet
- Drink lots of water Drinking water will keep you looking, smelling and feeling good. The more you drink, the more energy you will have for sexual enterprises
- Eat a big protein packed breakfast Starting the day with a substantial meal will give you the energy you need to be active all day. This will help you stay in shape for when your sexual nature calls
- Eat grains and seeds (short grain brown rice is my fave) Grains and seeds are a very important part of your diet, especially if you like anal sex. Whole grains will help keep you regular with the added benefit of keeping your pooper clean. There will be no unpleasant surprises when he or she pulls out
- Eat sturdy leafy greens Leafy greens are great for your immune system and will give you the energy you need to go all night long
- Do not eat after six PM (leave at least three hours before bed time) Having sex is less pleasant on a full stomach. There is nothing more disconcerting than a person who is burping and gurgling while attempting to knock boots with a mysterious stranger
- If you eat sugar, eat before three PM, preferably in the morning If you must eat sugar, eat it early in the day to avoid a crash around sex time
- If you know you are going to have sex at any point in the day, do not eat within three hours of that time If you are planning on giving head, it is a good idea to keep your stomach clear of content in case your gag reflex is sensitive. No one likes puke on their cock
- Eat some form of Omega 3, Glucosamine Sulfate, or Chondroitin This is all about your joints. Personally, I enjoy doing things that employ a lot of joint movement, and I have to keep them healthy. I eat a lot of Omega 3, but I also make ginger and turmeric a part of my diet. This keeps the old joints nice and juicy for bouncing
It really is very easy, isn't it? Keep your body clean and energized, and top-notch sex is well within your reach. As I said, everybody's sexual appetite and schedule is different, so do what is best for your particular situation and your particular body. The great thing about a diet like this is that it also keeps you able to do other things as well. They are less important things, but still, it is nice to know these other things will be within your reach:
- Bicycle riding
- Rock climbing
- Ice skating
- Sports playing
As I said, these are not as important, but still, worthy pastimes and part of a well-rounded active and sexual life. The sooner you start to see your body as a vehicle, and not an object, you will find it easier to fuel for whatever endeavor you choose. The world will be your oyster, and sex will just keep getting better and better.
